                  Lee Metford II  Mounted Troop 

Lee Metford II  Dated 1892   .303   Enfield manufactured

   Converted in 1909 to charger loader spec  then to SMLE

         This is a rare mount troop Lee Metford II  .303 converted to Charger loader

in 1909 the converted to SMLE Mount Troop .

     British Army used mount troop rifles at the middle east from 1915 - 1918 as houseback was the only way to move troops quickly around at that time in the middle east. 

    We have no idea of its history as that is lost to time but interesting rifle

 Fully stamped  C.L.L.E 1* with the conversion dated 1909.  The 'N' means it was a Naval conversion at some point

  Any firearm dated before 1899 in the USA is classed as an Antique and is off license.

   Once the rifle arrives at your neatest International Airport you can just collect it from Airport Customs department , no need to hire a FFL to collect it for you.
